After serving in the Navy as a nuclear power plant electrician until 2007, I found myself in Houston county with the oilfield. My work in the area took me up and down every back road from Shreveport to College Station, seeing the little places with nothing more than a for sale sign out front always had me thinking about real estate as a business.
